Top movies bitches gotta see: Brokeback Mountain (dir. Ang Lee)
I honestly find it sad that people wont watch this movie simply because they’re homophobic. To me this movie isn’t about gay love, it’s a movie about love period. It’s about people who have to hide something beautiful and how that destroys their lives and makes them unhappy. Jake and Heath’s performances are strong and impressive and obviously quite brave because not many people would dare do a role like this knowing what people are like. This is a movie worth seeing because it’s good and it highlights an issue that plagues the world despite the fact that it shouldn’t.
